Hello, this is reporter Tom Rusi from "Russian Rulers" in Moscow.
Ivan III's family is not a huge family like western countries. But anyway, let's figure out who are Ivan III's family memebers.
First, hello Tsar! Can you tell us about your family for 21st century's people?
Last month, our newspaper "Russian Rulers" posted an official announcement about Ivan III and many people were interested in learning him. So, we sent a reporter Tom Rusi to interview Ivan III and his family.
Hmmm.... 21st century? Wow... Ok.
First of all, my father, Vasily II, is also known as 'Vasily the Dark' because of his injury during the civil war which was caused by Dmitry Shemyaka.
My mother, Maria of Borovsk, is a grand princess consort of Muscovy.
And I have one wife now but a total of two. The first wife was Maria of Tver who is a daughter of Boris of Tver. But she died in 1467. The second wife is Zoe Paleologa who is a princess of Byzantine.
